We are looking for a driven, consultative Sales Director with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for data driven marketing to join our sales team and lead our efforts with brands and agencies across the region. As Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of video advertising, and become an expert in video technology; the most dynamic and important growth sector in our industry. You will be evangelizing the value and vision we bring to our clients and supporting our growth through new business opportunities.

  • Master a firm technical understanding of Innovid’s product and value proposition
  • Build and manage SENIOR relationships with the top brands, media agencies and publishers within the Detroit market to advance their MARKETING objectives with digital video`
  • Evangelize and educate prospective clients about the value of our data-driven, personalized creative
  • Meet quarterly sales goals and accurately manage YOUR sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Review, negotiate, and close accounts and  opportunities
  • Craft schedule and deliver sales presentations
  • Attend industry events, entertain, network, and be fully immersed in the local digital scene
  • Work with internal teams to advocate for clients, deepen relationships and share knowledge across the organization

Qualifications:

Requirements

Proven success navigating your way through complex companies to win over senior-level decision-makers and influencers • Proven ability to identify and break new business • Strong industry relationships within agencies and brands • At least 5-7 years sales experience; preferably with marketing tech or ad tech, (SaaS sales experience is a plus) • Deep understanding of online advertising space, its processes and cycles, and how decisions get made • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to relate to and build authentic relationships with clients and partners • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-evolving company

Minimum Education: University

Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
