Job Description

DCG marketing team is seeking an experienced, results-driven professional to drive overall media strategy and execution for our clients. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketing leader who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through various digital channels including SEM, Amazon, SEO and paid social marketing. He or she will manage a multi-million-dollar budget and work with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes including new customer acquisition, awareness, product adoption and sales for DCG owned properties and our clients. This marketing leader needs to be passionate about measuring results and ROI and not driving short term results at the expense of long term gain. He or she will be known for testing and innovating in new areas and leveraging opportunities to scale the program based on results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage DCG advertising budgets across all channels including Amazon, SEM, SEO and social platforms for all campaigns
  • Work closely with VP of Business Development to penetrate the digital agency market and espouse the benefits of Tall Ridge’s suite of services
  • Lead all DCG client communications related to media
  • Select and manage content partner to power ongoing authoritative SEO content creation for OfficeDesigns.com and TallRidge.com
  • Implement plan to ensure OfficeDesigns.com and TallRidge.com are consistently SEO optimized
  • Oversee ongoing Amazon SEO A/B testing plan execution to drive organic ranking improvements for our clients
  • Manage SEM team responsible for optimizing client spend across all Amazon paid search platforms (including Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Product Display, etc.)
  • Oversee team responsible for Amazon promotion execution (e.g. lightning deals, coupons, promos, etc.)
  • Keep internal team and clients aware of any new Amazon programs and could benefit them on an ongoing basis
  • Oversee and direct OfficeDesigns SEM budget spend strategy
  • Set up testing plans (copy, ads, landing pages) for continuous performance improvement
  • Synthesize data, analyze results, identify trends, report and execute on key findings to achieve paid search objectives
  • Work closely with OfficeDesigns Marketing team to ensure paid efforts are aligned with monthly spend, revenue and ROI goals
  • Work closely with the Analytics and Finance team to measure and report results to DCG leadership
  • Utilize various reporting interfaces and campaign management software as applicable (Tableau, Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Media Services, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Marketing degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing specifically SEM, SEO, paid social and Amazon
  • 3-5 years managing a digital marketing team
  • Experience at a media agency managing global clients
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results
  • A self-motivated individual; a good team player
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others and strong cross-functional leadership
