Job Description

The Senior Manager of Acquisition will be responsible for setting and managing our acquisition strategy to drive both sales and revenue growth. You’ll define and execute the marketing acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social and display and work to find new areas of opportunity that ultimately drive towards a strong bottom line.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify gaps and opportunities to further improve our acquisition stack, and implement processes to prove-out and scale strategies
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign and acquisition success against targets. Communicate highlights and data analytics to key management internally and externally
  • Collaborate with internal creative team to develop customer facing messaging
  • Grow and support the acquisition marketing team to ensure that the opportunity and resources exist to deliver continuous growth and improvement
  • Oversee all media buying activities, including identifying new sources of customer acquisition, scoping out new areas to increase marketing spend efficiency, and defining the focus for testing/analysis/experimentation across digital channels
  • Partner with Senior CRM Manager to understand post-acquisition behavior, and optimize to those with the highest repeat rates and LTVs
  • Build strong relationships with Product and Development team in order to be the voice of acquisition marketing needs

Qualifications:

  • Strong past experience developing scalable customer acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels - specifically social and display
  • Ability to dig in and execute while also driving team performance
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a high-performance marketing team
  • Ideally 7+ years of in-house marketing or digital agency experience. Some brand side experience is greatly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • A passion for data and knowledge of how to leverage it
  • Mobile experience is an absolute must
  • Adaptability and flexibility. Calm under a pressure
