Job Description

All Campus is searching for a Paid Search Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital media campaigns to find prospective students for the company’s clients. This individual will research and implement strategic initiatives for all facets of pay-per-click advertising with a strong focus on paid search. The responsibilities include developing and managing campaigns for education clients on Google, Bing, Facebook, and other digital advertising platforms. Candidates need to be self-starting, analytical, creative, team players motivated to exceed goals.

  • Drive digital media strategy for multiple education clients on Google, Bing, Facebook and other cost-per-click platforms
  • Day-to-day campaign management including keyword strategy, testing ad copy, bid management, and overall campaign optimization based on ROI
  • Long-term campaign optimization based on CRM metrics and offline activity
  • Work with design team to conduct landing page optimization
  • Keep abreast of latest best practices, new platform features and opportunities
  • Weekly internal reporting on conversion and campaign performance


  • 3+ years of experience in paid search marketing
  • Previous experience in education, insurance, finance or other lead generation field preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in business, marketing, statistics, or math is preferred, but not required
  • Experience using bid management platforms a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be comfortable working independently
