We are recruiting for a dynamic individual with strong consultative selling experience and exceptional communication skills – to sell our digital/social video and display ad products. Our customers are primarily ad agencies and national advertisers.
As a Digital salesperson for Alphonso, you’re responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities through social selling, networking, marketing, referrals, lead databases and website mining in your region.
Alphonso salespersons work hand-in-hand with our Product and Ad Support teams in order to provide best-in-class stewardship of our customers’ media plans. Stewardship includes campaign updates, fulfilling customer requests and making sure clients are up-to-date on any changes that may be happening within our digital industry.
- Develop and close new business and ad revenue
- Meet with and present our digital video and data ad products to ad agencies and advertisers
- Build and/or improve upon existing company customer relationships; by developing new initiatives and ad programs to advance our customers’ success and profit
- Maintain high level of internal communications with Leadership, Product and Ad Sales Support teams
- Assist with the creation and implementation of ad programs and revenue streams
- Research new ad technology and competitive information, sharing internally to provide our company a competitive advantage
- 4 Year University graduate
- 5 years of Ad Agency or Digital ad sales experience (publisher, programmatic, social or content). TV experience a plus.
- Has a strong ability to prospect for customers via networking and cold call
- Experience developing new business as a skilled negotiator and motivator
- Strong organizational, written, presentation and communication skills
