We need someone who can plug right in and take over existing projects that are highly focused in the paid media landscape within the travel and leisure space and will only be considering candidates that have experience managing paid media programs and outside partnerships, as well as client-facing experience. Some experience of traditional (such as out of home and print) is a plus, but not mandatory.

I lead my projects by fully owning and communicating vision, goals, and solutions to the team. I embrace both the art and science of project management and I utilize my expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose with the team. I am the captain who ensures we always know our destination, how we’re going to get there and I will steer us back in the right direction if we veer off course. I am a relationship builder who understands that one size does not fit all and I am able to adapt my approach to the context and constraints of each project. I naturally think five steps ahead to identify and mitigate risk. I am always cognizant that the ultimate goal is to provide the absolute best client experience that always delivers a superb product at the highest possible value.”


  • Manage the delivery of high quality projects on-time and on budget while ensuring the best possible team and client experience
  • Write effective project briefs, requirements, and project plans that set the foundation for successful project delivery
  • Scope projects and create resource plans necessary to deliver on project goals and requirements
  • Maintain the project schedule which defines activities, dependencies, effort, timing, and staff needs
  • Organize and effectively communicate cross-functional team activities, tasks, and deliverables
  • Manage internal teams and outside partnerships and vendors
  • Maintain project documentation including status reports, schedules, budgets, and retrospectives
  • Raise and maintain awareness of all project issues/risks and work with appropriate personnel to find solutions
  • Forecast staff resourcing needs for projects and collaborate when required to share resources across accounts
  • Regularly assess budgets and reconcile project financials monthly
  • Proofread and QA all client-facing deliverables, including reports, assets, communications, etc



  • A proven track record and deep knowledge of managing paid media programs and outside partners, as well as client-facing experience
  • An effortless ability to take ownership of initiatives with an innate sense of accountability - someone that will naturally drive outcomes and meet expectations
  • A skilled multi-tasker who thrives working on multiple projects and objectives and is able to balance timelines while still meeting project goals
  • Someone who cares about the true business objectives of projects and can not only manage the details, but also make sure the bigger picture needs are met
  • A real problem-solver, someone with the ability to construct a process to solve any need that arises
  • An extremely organized individual that is able to help people of diverse skills and personalities stay organized and on-track
  • A natural team player and “people person”. Someone who is not afraid to collaborate, follow-up, and discuss feedback in 1:1 and group settings
  • Ability to exhibit empathy, patience, and determination, sometimes concurrently with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • A critical thinker - you ask why and seek to understand context and drive the best outcomes
  • Proven ability to push past challenges with a positive attitude
  • A team player that is an asset to the agency, willing to work on internal initiatives, share knowledge and thought leadership in service of education and promoting agency expertise

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3+ years of professional experience managing clients and projects in the paid media digital space.
