We are looking for a competent Account Executive focused on our strong programmatic solutions (Private Marketplace) to work in direct contact with assigned clients and Agency Trading Desks (ATDs) and attend to all activities associated with each of them. You will be responsible for knowing and understanding your existing clients and obtaining new ones. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in driving and hitting sales quotas at agencies. He/She will be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to ensure long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction to preserve and accelerate our PCH/Media’s development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by selling advertisers and agencies the benefits of our PCH inventory through Private Marketplace (PMP) solutions
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively
  • Negotiate the agreement terms and closing deals
  • Develop deeper relationships with existing clients to grow business
  • Ability to confidently represent and position PCH/Media as the leader in the programmatic advertising space and confidentially communicate our unique solution in the marketplace
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Knowledge of Private Marketplace / PMP
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/annual targets
  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills
  • Whatever-it –takes mentality
  • Passion for the business of media sales
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
  • BS or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
