Job Summary:
We own many websites. So the main function of the job is to understand the business models of each site, optimize and maximize ROI, work with our affiliate network partners to understand the top performing offers, negotiate premium rates, and determine and execute on tests.

Responsibilities:
understand business models and roi - analyze site level roi continuously - work with affiliate networks partners - modify websites - set up and execute multivariate tests

Qualifications:
bachelor's degree and experience required. strong analytical skills. background in affiliate marketing a plus. self starter. creative thinker. problem solver. attentive to detail. some programming skill a plus. this is an entrepreneurial role.
