Job Summary:
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with advertisers to ensure long term success of accounts. The Account Coordinator will also have to manage client campaigns successfully.

Responsibilities:
• Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of Collective Media’s offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources and processes and articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers • Support sales team and account management on all facets of client relations and service including reporting, client conference calls/meetings and campaign analysis/reporting • Provide continued feedback and analysis for branded and direct response campaigns, inclusive of optimization suggestions and recommendations • Maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure long-term success • Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations • Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results • Work with sales, account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction • Manage the flow of insertion orders, creative tags and pixel requests • Participate in industry events and conferences • Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management

Qualifications:
• Passion for digital media a must • Understanding of the online advertising industry from either ad sales or media planning perspective a must • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills, including high level of comfort with Excel • Intelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and work ethic • Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills • Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance • Familiarity with ad serving and online ad research tools (RTB platforms, DART, comScore, AdRelevance, Ad Database) a plus • Comprehensive experience with MS Office a must • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
