Job Summary:
Orbitz is currently looking for an: Account Manager
•Partner Marketing Account Managers focus on building relationships with advertising clients and managing campaigns for travel suppliers and non-travel advertisers on our websites (Orbitz.com, CheapTickets.com, Away.com, and eBookers.com). This candidate will work with our ad trafficking and client services team to support our advertising sales force by providing high quality client service to our customers. This position also involves supporting the monthly billing and revenue forecasting process to track campaign performance (At-Risk) and delivery for client invoicing.
•Fast paced and demanding environment require a proactive approach to solve problems quickly and accurately. Candidate must be able to think on their feet and demonstrate a detailed oriented approach to satisfy campaign requirements.
Responsibilities:
•Manage advertising campaigns on Orbitz, Cheap Tickets, Away.com, and eBookers for suppliers, destinations, attractions, and non-travel accounts
•Interface with Ad Traffic, Sales team, Direct Clients and Ad Agencies to flawlessly implement advertising campaigns
•Optimize campaigns to ensure contract realization and prevent under-delivery.
•Deliver high quality reports and analysis of campaign results to clients on regular basis
•Ensure on-time implementation of all advertising campaigns
•Collect assets for Merchandising campaigns
•Take screen shots of campaign placements at launch
•Manage 3rd party advertiser discrepancies and pull 3rd party reports for billing
•Forecast revenue based on campaign delivery metrics
Qualifications:
•BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
•Minimum of 4 years of account management experience, preferably in a service/solution, consumer or media environment.
•Knowledge of interactive or travel advertising and strong interest in online advertising and client service
•Experience with major AdServing technologies (DART Enterprise or DFA/DFP, Atlas, 24/7 RealMedia, Eyeblaster, Pointroll, or similar Ad Management tools)
•Experience building and maintaining excellent client relationships
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills
•Experience supporting advertising sales representatives and sales process
•Ability to learn new processes quickly with a strong attention to detail and quality
•Start-up experience helpful
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team focused environment
