Job Summary:
Our client, a global promotion agency in downtown Chicago, is seeking a CONTRACT STRATEGIC DIGITAL ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR with CRM experience for a CPG client. This person will be responsible for overseeing the execution of digital accounts while driving the strategic planning, target marketing, optimizing site experiences and increasing the level of service to agency clients. In addition, they will also manage and take a holistic approach to overall management of internal team, client account, focusing on strategic planning and long range marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
Other Responsibilities: • Build the relationship with the client and coordinate efforts with their digital agency. • Must be willing to visit the client weekly out-of-state (Midwest) • Help in the digital account strategy programs that are focused on building relationships with consumers that includes email, webinars, SEO/SEM, Direct mail

Qualifications:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: • Minimum of 3 years digital account management experience, accounts in with a heavy emphasis on promotions and loyalty based programs. • Required: CPG client and promotions digital account experience. • Required: CRM experience • Prior experience in a Supervisor or Sr. Account Management role. They need someone who can get up to speed very quickly and take a leadership role. • Social media strategy experience • Manage cross functional internal teams as well as heavy client management • Strong project management skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both orally and written) • Have managed & tracked projects from initiation through final completion/evaluation. • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Have leadership abilities • Creative problem-solving abilities • Experience building and tracking budgets and schedules

Additional Information:
Hourly rate ranges from $38 to $50, depending on the candidate’s background and experience. Immediate start date. Right now, the assignment is set to end sometime in June, may be extended depending on the project’s needs.
