Job Summary:
Our client, a sales software solutions provider, is seeking a Solutions Consultant. If you thrive in a project-based environment and possess sufficient knowledge of business to business sales and marketing functions to communicate with non-technical clients while understanding their needs, then this position may be for you! The Solution Consultant leverages his/her analytical skills, solution design expertise, and relevant technical knowledge to configure software solution in accordance to customer’s need. They are a detail-oriented problem solver that is able to quickly understand the client need, implement a solution, and manage internal and external communications related to the work. Ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, medium-level or greater technical proficiency, and an understanding of B2B marketing and sales. A key ingredient to success in the Solutions Consultant role is some type of past experience working with marketing managers, directors of marketing, or sales operations personnel. Experience in a marketing/sales/consultant role with verifiable interest in technology would be ideal!

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to internal and customers requests in a timely, organized fashion • Manage tasks on multiple projects to completion • Learn the client’s software and configure software in accordance with customer requirements • Advise Solution Consultants on project progress and solution implementation • Report progress towards project deliverables, alert Solution Consultants to potential issues and suggest solutions

Qualifications:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS • Prior experience working in a project-based environment and in a client-facing role • Ability to quickly become proficient in new web technologies, processes and methodologies • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Technical acumen including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required • Preferred to have worked with HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript. • Prior experience working with Web-Based/On-Demand/SaaS products preferred. Education • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Degree in Marketing, Business or Information Technology is preferred SKILLS & ABILITIES Desirable solid real-world experience in many of the following areas: Implementing, configuring and/or administering CRM Systems Implementing, configuring and/or administering SaaS solutions VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, SOAP, XML HTML and related tools Forum / Blog / Community solutions
